Tirdas, 25th of Last Seed, 4E 201 – Day 9

Well today I plan on getting one or two items for my house and then head out of town to do some hunting.

Spoke to Ysolda who asked for a mammoth tusk to help her buy the Bannered Inn. I thought I had one in my chest back at Breezehome so I went and had a look, if I didn’t I could always get one when I was out hunting. I knew there were three mammoths near a pair of the giants.

As it so happens I did have one so I gave it to Ysolda. She helped me learn about speech craft which was good.

I grabbed Uthgerd and headed over to find out about improving my house, got some nice things to make it more homely. Then headed out to the plains for some hunting.

Met a strange man called Cicero whose wagon had broken down. He was quite a strange man. He had me go to the local farm and convince the farmer to help him. The farmer Vantus Loreius was quite taken aback by the strange man and didn’t believe him when he claimed he was moving his mother’s dead body to a new crypt.  Yes, the story was strange, but I persuaded him to help the stranded man.

I went a little further up the road and noticed a giant’s camp, so I told Uthgerd to stay with my horse while I went and had a look. I managed to pinch some stuff from their chest and then got back to my horse to find she had gone missing. I spent the next couple hours looking for her but it was getting dark so I had to move on.  I headed back to Whiterun and decided to come have another look for her in the morning.

I did some house work before going to bed – hoping I could find Uthgerd in the morning.
